Camping Cancellation

RV/Tenting: All cancellations made prior to 14 days from the reserved check-in date will be assessed a cancellation fee of $10 for each cancelled night. All cancellations made within 14 days of the intended check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Cabins: All cancellations made prior to 30 days from the reserved check-in date will be assessed a cancellation fee of $10 for each cancelled night. All cancellations made within 30 days of the intended check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Early Departures

All camping and cabin charges are paid prior to check-in. 

Late Arrival

Our office closes at 6:00PM Mountain Time.

Rate Information

All rates are valid for 2023.

Independence Holiday and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are subject to our holiday rates. No Online reservations are available during these timeframes. Please call 605-666-4654 to book.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally & Independence Day 

All reservations are considered permanent once they are booked. From the reservation date up to 30 days prior to your arrival a $25 fee will be charged to each cancelled night. Within 30 days of your confirmed arrival, all cancellations will be non-refundable and the full amount due will be charged to the card on file.
