FAMILY REUNIONS

We are always happy to have family reunions at the campground. Hopefully, the cabin and camping information above will assist you in planning your reunion, but if you have additional questions, please feel free to call the toll-free number for more information.

If you are staying at our campground and family members are staying at other establishments in the area, please understand that our pool is for our registered guests only. If the family members staying elsewhere would like to utilize our pool, there will be a $6 charge per person. Showers are available for $5 per person for non-registered guests.

No matter where you plan to stay, we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible as the Black Hills is a very popular family reunion destination.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally encompasses the first week or so of August, and our campground will be 100% bikers during this time period. Rally rates will be in effect for any reservation that includes the Thursday before the official Rally week through the Friday of the week of the Rally. Please call for definite dates and rates.

We hold the reservations of our returning Rally guests from the prior year until February 28. They must call us before that time to secure and retain their cabin/site from the prior year. On March 1, we will take reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis for the remaining availability.

After your reservation is made, there will be a $10 per night charge for any cancellations made 14 days before noon the day of check-in. In other words, if you are scheduled to arrive Saturday, August 7 for a five day stay, you may cancel your reservation anytime before noon Saturday, July 24, and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation. Sorry, we do not offer Good Sam discounts during the Rally.

Please keep in mind that we pride ourselves in having a quiet campground during the rally. We want you to have a safe ride and enjoyable stay.

PLEASE NOTE - THE 2010 FIREWORKS DISPLAY AT MOUNT RUSHMORE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. PLEASE VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR UPDATES ON THE 2010 FESTIVITIES.

On July 3^rd, Mount Rushmore National Memorial has an all-day, patriotic celebration ending with an evening fireworks display that is one of the best in the nation. Around 30,000 people will view these fireworks on JULY 3. If you are planning to attend this outstanding event, plan to arrive at Mount Rushmore before 10:00 a.m. on JULY 3 and spend the entire day. The parking ramp fills by 10:00 a.m. and visitors may have to walk uphill three miles to reach Mount Rushmore from Keystone. Please plan accordingly!

Although we are located less than a mile as the crow flies from Mount Rushmore, you cannot see the fireworks display from our campground.

We require that your reservations include July 2nd and July 3rd with minimum stays as follows:
